Q2. How do I know which size or style to choose?
- For hoops and studs: we specify the diameter or height (e.g., 8 mm hoops) so you can visualise the scale.
- For pillows, toppers or mattress-comfort items: check the product title (queen, king etc) and read the description for details like thickness (e.g., 7 cm mattress topper) and total dimensions.
If you’re unsure, just contact us with your preferences and we’ll advise based on your usage and bed size.
Q3. How long does it take to receive my order?
